All of the emotional support and guidance you need to feel confident and full of peace about your birth. We meet one-on-one via zoom, chat through text, and you have full access to the Sound Mind Birth Course for your comprehensive birth education and mindset work!
This is everything I offer to my in-person doula clients, without the in-person meetings or physical presence at your birth. Because the Virtual Doula package does not include in-person presence at your birth, I do spend one zoom session educating your birth support person on how to phsycially and emotionally support you in labor. They serve as your doula during your birth!
One-on-One

Virtual prenatal meetings are 45 minutes each.

Your partner is more than welcome to attend all meetings!
If you'd like to add more meetings, they are available for $75 per additional 45 minutes.
Day-to-Day
M-F | 9-5
Sometimes things come up in between our zoom meetings that you'd like to work through or get clarity on. Doctor appointments, new medical diagnoses, changes in your birth plan, or other things you need a listening ear for...
That's where text support comes in! I am available to respond to texts Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm central time. I will respond to your text by the end of the business day on the same day you send it. (There are times when I am attending a birth in-person and I may have a longer delay in response.)

This is a major component to the Virtual Doula package. The course provides you with comprehensive childbirth education and mindset work. All of the Zoom meetings are built on the context of this course and it's the backbone of your virtual doula support.
The value of this course is over $400 and is included in the Virtual Doula package.
